HR & Administration Coordinator
We are looking for a professional, structured, and solution-oriented HR coordinator to assist the VP HR and management group with practical and administrative tasks in a busy and exciting workday. You will be a vital resource for both the HR and management team, responsible for a wide range of tasks that require discretion, accuracy, and a positive attitude. No task is too small, often it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking travel and providing other practical support
- Assisting with documentation, meeting notes, and other ad hoc tasks in our global operation
- Assist with documents and processes
- Maintain and update employee data in our systems
- Maintain system documentation and routines
- Support management with planning, preparation, and internal/external coordination
- Collaborate closely with managers across the organization to ensure smooth coordination and progress on shared initiatives
- Support other HR related issues as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Is professional and reliable, with high integrity and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Has excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Is service-minded, positive, and a strong team player
- Takes the initiative and enjoys supporting others to get things done
- Has good digital skills, preferably with experience in HR or administrative systems
Qualifications:
- Experience from a similar role, preferably within administration and coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
- Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
- Relevant education within HR or administration is desirable, but experience may compensate
