As the Head of R&D - Control System, you will spearhead a significant development initiative focused on creating our new advanced control system, ensuring its alignment with our strategic goals and technological progress. Your duties will include forming and leading a proficient team, managing project budgets diligently, and representing our company in technical forums.
Key Accountabilities
- Formulate and execute strategies and policies for control systems.
- Oversee and direct the control system development team.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate control systems effectively.
- Monitor and assess system performance, implementing improvements as required.
- Administer project budgets and schedules.
Qualifications and experience
- Technical background within relevant domain area.
- Senior level of system development expertise.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in control systems management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing control systems, as well as leading a control system development team.
