Customer Support Coordinator
We are on the lookout for a passionate individual dedicated to creating value through exceptional customer service as a Customer Support Coordinator. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will bridge our customers to our global network and broader organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage the switchboard
- Register and update records for new and existing customers
- Perform screening and export control tasks
- Execute various administrative duties
- Create cases in our ERP system
- Manage inquiries through customer portals
- Coordinate with extended team to follow up customer inquiries
Qualifications and Experience
- University or Business Education. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of higher education
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in the maritime industry is an advantage
