The role as Sales Director Europe will be a part of the transaction of the steering gear and rudder business to Neuver Maritime, a transition where the owner’s lifecycle of the vessels is the focus.

Sales Director Europe
We are seeking a dynamic, network focused and results-oriented leader to take on the role of Sales Director Europe. This pivotal position combines strategic leadership of Neuver Maritime’s regional operations with hands-on responsibility for driving new & lifecycle sales and delivering exceptional customer service across Europe.
As Sales Director – Europe, you will:
- Drive lifecycle sales towards the European market, focusing on the ship owners.
- Delivering alignment with global sales and strategic objectives while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and regional business growth.
- Develop and implement tailored lifecycle sales strategies to address market needs, focusing on new installations, aftermarket growth, and long-term service agreements to support sustainable success.
- Be a proactive member of the global sales leadership team – contributing to portfolio wide growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across the region, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the lifecycle of Neuver Maritime’s products.
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that delivers ambitious sales targets, exceptional service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and ensure Neuver Maritime remains a trusted and competitive partner.
- Represent Neuver Maritime as a trusted ambassador in Europe, reinforcing the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with contracting standards, financial controls, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) regulations, upholding ethical business practices and supporting sustainable growth.
We are seeking an accomplished leader with a proven track record in sales and network development, ideally within the maritime sectors. Comprehension of vessel OPEX and ship owner operational approaches are preferred. Experience in lifecycle sales and aftermarket services is highly valued, yet we also appreciate the potential for growth and development in these areas, recognizing the value of cultivating expertise over time. With a strong understanding of the European market, you bring strategic insight, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics to drive sustainable growth.
As a leader, you inspire teams to deliver their best, empowering them through collaboration, mentorship, and a shared commitment to excellence. You have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling you to navigate diverse business environments while delivering results.
As Sales Director -Europe, you will report directly to EVP Global Sales & Marketing, with a dotted line to the EVP Operations & Aftermarket. Location of the role can be discussed ideally in one of Neuver Maritimes Norwegian locations., where you will lead a dedicated local team and oversee lifecycle sales efforts.
