In this role, you will be one of the main contacts for Logistics in the company. The Logistics team are responsible for all orders leaving our warehouse in Brattvaag and Hagavik. With specific competence within logistics, you will be the source of information for all types of shipments.

You will be responsible for ensuring good communication and optimal logistical flow related to project execution for several order types. Having specific competence within logistics, you are a key source of information for a broad part of the organization, supporting everything from sales to delivery. Through a proactive nature and ability to find optimal solutions, you are contributing to a positive result for the company.

Key accountabilities

• Be a contact point for logistics in aftermarket services / spare parts shipments

• Plan and execute aftermarket shipments from our warehouse sites in Brattvaag and Hagavik

• Ensure shipping and customs documentation are handled accurately for all shipments
• Work closely with our sales reps to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support the services team on topics related to customs, VAT and transport decisions
• Follow up customers and forwarders related to orders and transport matters for our worldwide shipments
• Participate in duty service arrangement

Qualifications and experience

• University or business education. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of higher education

• Experience within logistics or transport planning in an international environment

• Master Norwegian and English fluently both written and orally

• Experience and knowledge with ERP and IT tools (Microsoft)
